FluffCams Affiliate Program - Terms of Service
1. Program Overview
The FluffCams Affiliate Program ("Program") is an opportunity for qualified partners to earn commissions by promoting FluffCams scripts and products. By enrolling in this Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the FluffCams Affiliate Program, you must:
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Have a valid method of payment on file
• Be approved by FluffVision ("Company") at our discretion
• Agree to these Terms and our Code of Conduct
We reserve the right to reject or revoke affiliate status at any time for any reason.
3. Commission Structure
Tiered Commission Rates (30-day rolling period):
• 1-3 sales: 25% commission per sale
• 4-5 sales: 40% commission per sale
• 6+ sales: 50% commission per sale
When you reach a higher tier within a 30-day period, the higher percentage applies to all qualifying sales in that period retroactively.
Example: If you sell 2 scripts on day 15 and 4 more scripts by day 30, all 6 sales earn 50% commission.
Commissions are calculated on the full purchase price of the script, excluding taxes and refunds.
4. Tracking and Attribution
All sales are tracked via WHMCS using a unique affiliate code assigned to your account. Sales are attributed to you if the customer clicks your affiliate link or enters your code at checkout within the 30-day cookie duration.
Cookie Duration: 30 days from click
We are not responsible for sales lost due to cookie deletion, browser settings, or technical issues beyond our control.
5. Payment Terms and Payouts
Minimum Payout Threshold: $100
Payment Methods: PayPal or Cryptocurrency (if applicable)
Payout Schedule:
• Initial Hold Period: Your first 2-3 payments (or first $500-1000 in commissions) are held for 90 days pending chargeback review. If no chargebacks occur, these funds are released.
• Subsequent Payments: After the initial 90-day hold, approved withdrawal requests are processed within 5 business days (PayPal) or within 5 business days (Crypto).
• Payment Processing: Payments are issued on-demand when you request a withdrawal above the minimum threshold.
Withdrawal Requests: Submit withdrawal requests through your WHMCS affiliate dashboard.
Currency & Fees: Payments are issued in USD. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment processor (PayPal, banks, etc.).
6. Chargeback and Fraud Policy
If a customer initiates a chargeback, disputes the transaction, or the sale is determined to be fraudulent, the associated commission is forfeited immediately. If you have already received payment for a fraudulent or chargebacked sale, you authorize us to deduct the commission amount from future payouts.
We reserve the right to investigate any suspicious activity and hold payments pending investigation.
7. No Refunds on Commissions
FluffVision does not issue refunds on affiliate commissions. All commissions are final once paid, except in cases of fraud, chargebacks, or violation of this agreement.
8. Promotional Materials and Disclosure
You must use only approved promotional materials provided by FluffVision. All promotional content must clearly disclose that you are an affiliate and may earn a commission.
Required Disclosure: Any landing pages, social media posts, or advertisements promoting FluffCams must include a clear, conspicuous disclosure such as: "I earn a commission from FluffCams if you purchase through my link."
This disclosure complies with FTC guidelines and is mandatory.
9. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:
• Using spam, unsolicited email, or mass messaging to promote FluffCams
• Making false, misleading, or deceptive claims about the product
• Purchasing keywords, ads, or search terms in a way that misrepresents the product or creates confusion
• Promoting through illegal or unethical channels
• Using the FluffVision or FluffCams brand, trademarks, or logos without explicit written permission
• Promoting in violation of platform terms of service
• Deliberately directing traffic from competitors to FluffCams unpermitted ways
• Participating in click fraud, impression fraud, or artificially inflating traffic
• Reselling affiliate links or allowing third parties to use your links
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all pending commissions.
10. Termination
FluffVision reserves the right to terminate your affiliate status at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Grounds for immediate termination include:
• Violation of this agreement or the Code of Conduct
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Excessive chargebacks
• Use of prohibited promotional methods
• Inactivity (no sales for 180+ days)
• Breach of law or platform terms of service
Upon termination, you lose access to your affiliate dashboard and all future commission potential. Any pending payments due (beyond the initial 90-day hold) may be forfeited at our discretion.
11. Representations and Warranties
You represent that:
• You have the authority to enter into this agreement
• You will comply with all applicable laws
• You will not engage in any deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activities
• You own or have permission to use all content and materials you create
12. Limitation of Liability
FluffVision is not liable for any lost commissions due to technical issues, cookie deletion, browser settings, or third-party platform failures. Our tracking system is provided "as-is" and while we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy.
13. Modifications to Terms
FluffVision reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved informally through support@fluffvision.com or through binding arbitration if necessary.
